Your encrypted data is sent to us through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol. This protocol is the industry standard for internet security. All information you send to us is private. We will not sell, trade, or give it away to any outside sources.

Q: How long will my order take to process? 
A: We try our best to process every order quickly and most ship within 3 days. However, production time could take between 3-12 days depending on how small or large your order is. (That means, we have up to 12 days to make, pack, and then ship your order.)

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We use USPS Shipping services which usually take 2-4 business days or UPS Ground (2-8 business days) for large packages. Once the package is in the mail carrier's custody, any delay they may experience (holidays and high season, etc) is out of our control.
