Q: Do you send proof before printing and shipping?
A: We sure do! A proof is always emailed within 3 business days from receiving payment. We want to be sure you love your item(s)!

Q: Can I see what my print will look like before placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have the time to design "potential orders". However, you're welcome to request any changes when we e-mail your proof for approval prior to printing and shipping your order. 

Q: Do you offer any discounts when ordering multiple prints?
A: Yes we do! We offer bulk pricing with a minimum order of 12 items. Send us an inquiry and we will provide you with a quote!

Q: What is your turn around time?
A: It all depends on how big or small your order is. After your proof is approved, we then print your items within 3-10 business days. You will receive a notification together with tracking information!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We use Priority 2-4 day Shipping, but delays can still occur. Once an item has left our hands for shipping, we have no control over how long USPS may take to deliver it.

We also offer UPS & FedEx Express Shipping for an additional cost if needed sooner. Please contact me PRIOR to placing your order for rush orders.

Please keep in mind all items are handmade to order. After production, your items are shipped and delivered within the shipping method chosen.

Q: What are your return and exchange policies?
A: Due to the nature of custom products, no exchanges or refunds are allowed. Please make sure your sizing is in accordance with the sizing charts. If you are unsure of sizing, contact us and we will be able to provide more information.
